DEPOSIT & WITHDRAW

Yes, Castle Exchange allows you to deposit GBP and EUR fiat currency. We will be expanding the list of currencies in the coming months.
Simply go to the DEPOSIT screen, either via the HOME page, then by clicking the + symbol at the top next to "Cash". Or via the MORE page then clicking the "TRANSACT" button followed by "DEPOSIT".
You can then enter the details of the deposit you would like to make.
Once the deposit is cleared, this fiat currency will show in your 'CASH balance' in your FUNDS screen.
You can deposit fiat currency via the following payment methods / channels:
-Debit card
-Credit card
-BACS transfer
-Bank Transfer (ACH)
-SEPA
-Wire Transfer

A card deposit, if successful, will be immediately available to trade. A bank transfer may take up to 3 days to process. You will be notified by email when the funds become available in your Castle Exchange account.

If you sent your coins to the wrong address, Castle Exchange will not receive these coins, and Castle Exchange do not know who controls those addresses and have no means of recovering those coins.
If you know who that address belongs to, it is recommended that you contact the owner of the target address to ask for your coins to be returned.
Castle Exchange is not liable for incorrect paymenst made to an incorrect wallet address. If you have sent your coins to the wrong address by mistake, please use other means to try and locate and/or contact the recipient of your funds.
Castle Exchange will not attempt to retrieve coins / tokens that have been incorrectly / accidentally transfered to the wrong wallet address

If you encounter an issue where your withdrawal is missing, please check the corresponding log in your STATEMENTS screen first.
Normally, a Transaction ID (TxID) will be generated within 30 to 60 minutes, indicating that Castle Exchange has begun the transfer on the corresponding blockchain.
If the blockchain showed that the transaction has not yet been confirmed, please be patient and wait for the confirmation process to complete.
If the blockchain showed that the transaction is already confirmed, which means that Castle Exchange has transferred coins successfully and cannot do anything to help you. If you still have issues, please negotiate with the owner of destination address.
If a Transaction ID has not been generated for 6 hours after clicking the email link to confirm the withdrawal, please contact info@castle-x.com with the withdrawal history screenshot with the transaction.
We’ll try best to solve the issue as soon as possible.

Cash withdrawals can be made via direct bank transfer into your bank account.
This request can be made from the Funds screen where you hit the ‘Transact’ button and select the ‘Withdraw’ option.
You will need to fill in the form with your bank details. The account name must match your CASTLE-X account name.
Please fill this form in carefully as any mistakes may result in a loss of funds or a rejected transfer.
This process generally takes 1-3 business days depending on your bank and the amount you wish to withdraw.

Cash deposits can be made in two ways:
(i) Debit card deposits. The name on your card needs to match the name of the CASTLE-X account you are using. You can make a deposit via the Funds screen or by tapping the blue “+” symbol on the Home screen next to Cash
(ii) Alternatively, you can make a direct bank transfer. This is done via the Funds screen. The form you will be presented with provides the CASTLE-X bank details along with a reference number that is tied to your account. You must include this reference number or your payment will be rejected and sent back. Once completed, the funds will be available in your account generally within 1-3 business days, depending on your bank

A withdrawal marked as “completed” or “success” on an exchange does not mean that the transaction has fully processed to the receiving exchange – it simply means that the transaction was successfully posted to the blockchain.
Once a transaction is on the blockchain, it will still take a variable amount of time to confirm and post to the destination exchange. Different blockchains require different amounts of “confirmations” before a transaction is verified.
It is not uncommon for a blockchain to be congested with many transactions, causing unexpected/unusual delays in processing your transaction. You may use the Transaction ID to follow the status on the blockchain.
If your transaction shows “unconfirmed” on its blockchain, this is beyond our control. You must wait for the transaction to be processed on the blockchain. Once it is included in the blockchain, it will begin to produce confirmations.
If you have sent to Castle Exchange from another exchange but not received a Transaction ID, please contact the customer service of that exchange.
NOTE: If the transaction is confirmed by Blockchain but not be credited to your Castle Exchange account, please email 'info@castle-x.com' and attach the Blockchain explorer screenshot with the confirmed transaction;
We’ll try our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

You can make a deposit in two ways:

CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
1. Select (+) Cash from Home Screen, or More / Transact / Deposit
2. Add a Credit or Debit Card (stored securely by our Payments Provider)
3. Use your added card to submit your cash deposit
4. The amount will be in your selected currency (see settings)
5. Card deposits will reflect immediately on your cash balance if approved
6. Note that in order to make a deposit your account will need to be verified first (KYC)

DIRECT BANK TRANSFER
1. Select (+) Cash from Home Screen, or More / Transact / Deposit
2. Select Direct Bank Deposit
3. Note the Castle Bank Account Details and your REFERENCE number
4. Make a deposit through your own banking app or facilities
5. We will review all deposits, and Credit your Cash balance within 3-5 days
6. You will be notified by email when this process has been completed

Castle Exchange is not liable for incorrect paymenst made to an incorrect wallet address. If you have sent your coins to the wrong address by mistake, please use other means to try and locate and/or contact the recipient of your funds. There is no way to stop this once initiated. Due to the anonymity of the blockchain, Castle Exchange is unable to locate where your funds have been sent.

NOTE:
If you have withdrawn your funds to another exchange with an incorrect or empty tag/required description, please contact the receiving exchange with your TxID (Transaction ID) to organize the return of your funds.
